Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your Decals-More purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product or customer service, please email us at Stephanie@decals-more.com. We accept returns only if the item is damaged upon arrival. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized items. For a return to qualify for a refund, the item must be returned within one week of receipt or have proof of mailing within that timeframe. To initiate a refund, you must email Stephanie@decals-more.com with details of the issue.
Shipping information
All orders from Decals-More ship out within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, your order should arrive within approximately one week. We offer standard shipping with a flat rate of $5.00 for each order. Enjoy free shipping on all orders totaling $35.00 or more, applied automatically at checkout.

Order cancellations and changes
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. You can cancel an order as long as we are notified within 30 minutes of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes to orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
